HYGIENE CONCEPT FOR CAFETERIAS AND OTHER FACILITIES

We are pleased to welcome you back as guests in some of our facilities! However, we are also aware that our obligation to ensure compliance with the country's guidelines may be met with resentment and rejection by many of our customers. Ultimately, however, we are liable for the implementation of the country's regulations, and you as guests are not served either if the operation is not carried out safely and we have to close again due to violations.
Customers who do not agree with these procedures will not be allowed entry and cannot be served!

The start of operations is subject to strict hygiene requirements. Essential key points are:

  • Ensuring that the distance rules are observed
  • Admission only for persons without respiratory disease
  • Admission only with mouth-nose covering
  • only cashless payment is possible

Legal requirements

Basic hygiene concept for all facilities

A hygiene concept is drawn up for each facility, which can be inspected on request at the facility management. Facilities where this operational concept cannot be enforced remain closed. Here you will find the facility-specific supplements to the basic hygiene concept:
