Sending of the contract documents by e-mail from 01.08.2024

TThe changes to the Postgesetz gives Deutsche Post more time to deliver letters. 95% of letters must be delivered on the fourth working day - previously this amount had to be delivered on the second working day.
As the deadline for signing and returning the tenancy agreement and attachments is one week, it can be difficult to meet this deadline in many cases if the letters are sent twice by post.
For this reason, we will send the rental agreement documents by e-mail from 1 August 2024 - unless you indicate in the corresponding field in the online application that you still wish to receive them by post.
Please note that the contract documents are divided into three emails for technical reasons. Each e-mail contains instructions on how to proceed.

Unfortunately, the contract documents must still be returned by post, as we require your signature. You will also receive the countersigned tenancy agreement by post.

Renting of rooms for the winter semester 2024/25

The rooms in our dormitories are
- in Ulm almost completely rented; from experience, only few rooms are returned at short notice
- in Schwäbisch Gmünd there are still rooms available
- in Biberach all rooms are rented.
