WIN-CHARTA OF THE STATE OF BADEN-WÜRTTEMBERG
The WIN Charter is a unique management system for the sustainable economic management of a company. By signing the WIN-Charta, WIN-Charta companies make a clear commitment to their economic, ecological and social responsibility.
The WIN-Charta was developed as an instrument for sustainably operating small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) within the framework of the sustainability strategy of the state of Baden-Württemberg. It is based on self-commitment, initiative and external communication. By signing the WIN-Charta, companies commit to comply with the twelve guiding principles of the WIN-Charta and to further increase their sustainability.
The Baden-Württemberg economy is powerful and innovative. "Sustainable management" is now part of the corporate philosophy of many companies. In the meantime, more than 225 companies have committed themselves to sustainable management, document this and can advertise with the quality seal of the WIN-Charta.
