Info Point

The Info-Point is responsible for service and general information.

• Information on institutions of the Studierendenwerk
  Accommodation department, BAföG, campus catering, daycare center, Psychosocial Counseling Service
• Information material of the Studierendenwerk: flyers, business report, BAföG application forms etc.
• Hands out and accepts applications for BAföG and student residences
• Accepts mail for the Studierendenwerk, especially BAföG mail
• Registration point for displaying flyers in the Mensa lunchroom
• Contact point for issues with the chip card, unblocking, transfer, load on demand (former autoload)
• Drop-off point for lost property
• Answers general questions for the orientation on campus
