Catering

We offer our catering services for events of the universities and affiliated institutions and groups:

• Catering for 4 - 400 people
• Comprehensive catering including coffee breaks, if needed with special equipment like the mobile Dallmayr coffee specialties machine (not available in Aalen and Schwäbisch Gmünd)
• Please get in touch to inquire about gala evenings in the Mensa with a variety of themed buffets like Swabian buffets, gourmet buffets, Mediterranean buffets...
• We will also, if possible, reorganize the Mensa lunchroom including table decorations and flower arrangements for you.
• Signature events are the elegant graduation ball of the Medicine students at the University Medical Center Ulm or the Dentistry students with more than 300 guests each.
• We are happy to deliver to your venue where possible.
• Examples of bigger events up to 1500 people that we catered for are the Sports Physician Convention in 2009 or the Symposium of the Society of German Chemists (GDCH) in 2007.
• We support big events of Ulm University, e.g. the SoNaFe 2009 as well as public-viewing events during soccer world cups or European championships.
• On request, we can provide professional and friendly catering staff for the duration of your event.
• We only use high-quality ingredients in our food and drinks.

We offer various standardized buffets which we adjust individually. In addition to regional specialties, we also prepare Mediterranean, gourmet and snack buffets.
