No proof vaccinated, tested, recovered necessary. Bon appétit!
From 07.06.2021, campus catering facilities will open at all locations!
On 14 May 2021, the amended Corona-VO of the state of Baden-Württemberg came into force, which allows the operation of refectories and cafeterias again if certain incidences are reached and if conditions are met, so that the Studierendenwerk Ulm can open all facilities again. Please note that depending on the infection situation, the offer may have to be extended or restricted again at short notice. The specific requirements in the individual facilities for compliance with the regulations of the Corona-VO of the state of Baden-Württemberg can be found in the user agreement including the data protection notice.

With Click & Collect and Click & Stay, you can pre-order your meal at one of the above-mentioned facilities by 7.30 am. With Click & Stay, you also reserve a seat.
A valid e-mail address is required to use the online reservation system Click & Collect and Click & Stay. You can only order a meal using e-mail addresses from the domains of the universities served (e.g. ...@uni-ulm, ... @ph-gmuend.de etc.).

In order to continue the ordering process, you must accept this user agreement. Using the option "Save input", your data can remain stored in your browser on the device you are using (cookie and local storage); this means that this data can be transferred by you to the server of the ordering system for further orders without having to enter it again. After a successful pre-order or seat reservation, you will receive the confirmation e-mail with a QR code for verification during collection as well as further information about your order (verification code as QR code and alphanumeric, ordered meal, establishment, day, time, QR code, link to cancel). If necessary, you should check your spam folder to find the email.
The QR code must be presented for scanning at the entrance or serving counter when visiting the facility. It is sufficient to carry the QR code and other order information on a smartphone and show it (email, wallet app); alternatively, you can bring a printout with you.
With Click & Collect, the meal can be collected up to 5 minutes before the start of the reserved time slot; it must be collected no later than 10 minutes after the start of the reserved time slot.
For Click & Stay, the reserved time slot of a maximum of 30 minutes must be adhered to.
Access to the respective facility is possible up to 5 minutes before the start of the reserved time slot; access must have taken place no later than 10 minutes after the start of the reserved time slot.
Payment for Click & Collect and Click & Stay is cashless at the cash desk with student ID, staff card, EC or credit card.
Cancellation of orders already placed is possible via the reservation confirmation sent to you. We reserve the right to temporarily exclude you from using the ordering system and thus from the corresponding meal offer if pre-ordered meals are (repeatedly) not collected.

The following data is collected from you in the ordering system in the process described above:
Selected food and, if applicable, other products, first and last name, email address, verification code, date as well as start and end of the selected time slot, times when the reservation was scanned, times when a reservation was cancelled, if applicable.
