Turn of the year

The accomodation department will be unstaffed from 23 December 2024 until 6 January 2025.
Telephone enquiries and emails to wohnen@nullstudierendenwerk-ulm.de will be processed again as normal from 7 January 2025.

Sending of the contract documents by e-mail from 01.08.2024

The changes to the Postgesetz gives Deutsche Post more time to deliver letters. 95% of letters must be delivered on the fourth working day - previously this amount had to be delivered on the second working day.
As the deadline for signing and returning the tenancy agreement and attachments is one week, it can be difficult to meet this deadline in many cases if the letters are sent twice by post.
For this reason, we will send the rental agreement documents by e-mail from 1 August 2024 - unless you indicate in the corresponding field in the online application that you still wish to receive them by post.
Please note that the contract documents are divided into three emails for technical reasons. Each e-mail contains instructions on how to proceed.

Unfortunately, the contract documents must still be returned by post, as we require your signature. You will also receive the countersigned tenancy agreement by post.

The renting of rooms for the coming semester starts at the beginning of January. In the following document (only available in German), we would like to describe the process and answer frequently asked questions.
